Sony News
A recent Google TV press conference in Tokyo has revealed that Sony wants to put Google Android on more devices.
According to Yoshihisa Ishida, the head of Sony TV division, the company is “thinking about using Android in more consumer electronics products.”
While Ishida wouldn’t say which products the company is thinking about for Android based offerings, we do know that Sony Ericsson is working on an Android 3.0 mobile gaming platform and with a nice bevy of Blu-Ray players on the way, it’s a safe bet that those units will also offer some form of Google Android.

Woman in France Comes Back from the Dead Clinically Dead Woman Wakes Up in French Hospital

Life Support
A woman in France was pronounced “very certainly clinically dead,” before waking up hours later. Lydie Paillard, 60, was being prepped for chemotherapy when she passed out. Paillard’s doctors revived her, and placed her on a ventilator. After a brief consultation, the doctors determined that Paillard was brain dead.
The AFP reports that Paillard’s three sons were told that she was “very certainly clinically dead,” but the boys refused to remove her life support. Paillard was then transferred to another hospital, where a medical scan determined that she was not brain dead.
Paillard woke up 14 hours later, tired, but alive.
Pailard said:
“It’s a kind of miracle. He saved her life. All I remember is that I felt unwell after receiving an injection to prevent me vomiting. My sons, whom I saw yesterday, explained to me that the hospital wanted to turn off the life support system because it was over and as they refused, I was taken to the university hospital.
“I haven’t really realised what’s happened but I think my three sons are the most shocked.”
